We’re still holding onto some of the last warm days of fall here in East Idaho. It’s the kind of weather that makes you want a jacket in the morning, but by midday you’ll see people out in shorts and t-shirts. This morning we went out to get some drinks from our favorite local coffee shop called June’s Place, and then headed to CAL Ranch to pick up a few things. My go-to drink lately has been a hot chai with vanilla, the best drink to warm me up on these cool fall days. If you’ve never heard of CAL Ranch, think of it like a western Menards – for those of you from the midwest haha. Right by CAL Ranch, there’s a cute little woodsy path on the South Teton River that we stopped to see, and snapped some pics!

I love oversized tops. I think my current style is a little boho meets workwear and so oversized just always works out for me. This shirt I thrifted, but the brand is Field & Stream. I’d never heard of them before, but I recently checked out their website and they have some really nice stuff for affordable prices! You can find a shirt similar to mine on their website here.
Since high school, I’ve been obsessed with cowboy boots. I think my first pair was from Kohls, and I wore those things until I wore them out. I styled them with everything – dresses, jeans, shorts, you name it. I loved wearing them to church to show off my Sunday best. As I got older, my taste got a little bit more expensive, and now I love Ariats (I have three pairs) and my Shyannes, which are the ones I’m wearing in these photos! You can find them here if you think they’re as cute as I do ๐

My jeans are from Target a few years back, and my bag is from Altar’d State. My dog Tucker actually chewed the strap on it, so I sewed it back together with bright blue thread haha. It’s been one of my favorite bags, and as time goes on, I love the patina of the material! They definitely don’t sell this specific bag anymore, but just know that their bags have my stamp of approval.
Lately I’ve been feeling really thankful for our little home in Idaho. We’re headed back to Minnesota for Christmas, but autumn in Idaho is such a beautiful time and I’m trying to soak as much of it up as I can before the winter comes!
